# Return & Refund Policy
We have a *5-day return policy, which means you have **5 days* after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—*unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging.* You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

## Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within *48 hours* of delivery with clear photos or videos of the issue so we can evaluate it and resolve it as quickly as possible.
## Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
* Sale or clearance items.
* Gift cards.
* Customized or personalized products.
* Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
* Items returned without original tags or packaging.

## Exchanges
If you need a different size or product, please request a return within *5 days* of receiving your order. Once your return is approved and inspected, you can place a new order for the desired item. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
## Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within *5–7 business days*. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process and reflect the refund.
